Inventory Management
- Manage all equipment, parts, and inventory matters for our Guinea entity
- Coordinate bi-annual stocktake with local Guinea counterparts to ensure accountability of inventory
- Track and record all inventory movements used in operations
- Update inventory status and movements in Autocount system in a timely manner
- Process purchase requisition forms, purchase orders, and goods received notes in the system
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts received from overseas and local suppliers
Procurement Coordination
- Liaise with procurement department on new part purchases
- Ensure completeness and accuracy in purchases imported to Guinea
- Verify purchase requisition forms, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Prepare documentation for overseas spare parts purchases and track goods in transit
Reporting & Analysis
- Perform monthly book closures and prepare inventory reports for accounting and operations
- Generate and distribute monthly reports including:
- Inventory status reports
- Goods in transit (GIT) reports
Prepayment reports
- Monitor trends in major inventory usage and inventory levels
- Visualize inventory data and report findings to management
- Identify areas of weakness in inventory management processes and propose solutions
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all inventory-related matters
- Prepare and maintain records for spare parts purchases, stock transfers, and receipt confirmations
- Coordinate with Guinea-based staff to verify goods received and resolve discrepancies
- Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles
- Practical hands-on experience with inventory management systems, particularly Autocount
- Experience in international logistics and inventory tracking preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose process improvements
- Independent and highly responsible, requiring minimal supervision

Language Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication and reading to liaise with Chinese stakeholders in China and Guinea
