  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential investments in residential, retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Negotiate land purchases, leases, and joint ventures to maximize investment returns.
  • Oversee the investment process from due diligence to acquisition and development planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, and real estate partners.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the Malaysian property market.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure efficient execution of investment initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in property development and real estate investments in Malaysia.
  • Strong background in residential investments, with additional experience in retail, commercial, or industrial properties being an advantage.
  • Proven track record in land acquisition, financial modelling, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian real estate regulations and policies.
