  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and provide excellent customer service through regular and effective communications.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Handle customer's enquiries and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work with various departments to respond to customer technical queries.
  • Review customer's quotation requirements against company's resources and capabiliites.
  • Follow-up with cusomters on quotations submitted.
  • Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation's terms of supply and ensure documents/information is sufficient for production and delivery.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and customer visits.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics and reports.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Understand BOM and drawings
  • Proficient with MS office Suite
  • Prior experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with attention to details.
  • Motivated, goal oriented and able to work inedependently within a team environment.
  • High level of initiative - a can-do spirit, collaborative and strives to improve continuously.
  • Highly adaptable to dynamic work environment.
