Technician / Engineering Asst / Asst Engineers (Assembly, Build and Testing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sub-assembly, mechanical alignment and testing of equipment.
• Equipment testing according to work procedures, ensuring equipment functionality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high level of quality in production of semiconductor equipment.
• Mechanical component alignment and fine tuning.
• Implement customer-provided setup protocols and test procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Execute testing processes to ensure equipment functionality, performance and adherence to specifications together with senior testers.
• Review test results with senior testers and customers to identify anomalies, defects, or equipment performance issues.
• Troubleshoot component malfunctions, identify and report root causes, implement remedy actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, test results, checklists and equipment configurations.
• Participate actively in process improvement for manufacturing and testing.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 Years relevant working experience in semiconductor and testing.
• Proficiency in vacuum test equipment operation, data analysis, troubleshooting of components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive process improvement.
• Able to operate CMM Measuring machine is a plus.
