What You'll Do:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and implement creative content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Produce engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular, consistent posting.
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and monitor competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Performance & Analytics:
- Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize our strategy.
- Provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and insights into audience behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine content performance.
Paid & Organic Social Media Marketing:
- Assist in managing social media ad campaigns aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Experiment with new tactics and strategies for audience growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in social media marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Creative skills in photography, video editing, and storytelling.
- Ability to write captivating captions and engaging content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships is a bonus.
