Job Responsibilities
- Meet production quantity targets as per daily production plan and process quality requirements as specified by the work instructions
- Participate in multi-skill training and conduct on-the-job-trainings to new technicians
- Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor to control one main production line/process which may include several sub-assembly processes
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality
- Assist to collect/compile quality data for filing/engineering study purpose
- Assist to control production materials and perform material cycle count
- Actively initiate/participate in workplace safety, 5S and environmental friendly activities
- Recommend RMA rework with lowest cost. Perform trouble shooting for testing fall out instruments and parts evaluations as per Engineering requirement
- Assist line supervisor to run one process/product line
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on relevant working experience
- Those without the necessary experiences will be considered for junior technician.
- High degree of technical competence and creativity of relevant working experience
