Warehouse Supervisor cum Driver
About the Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor cum Driver to manage warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics. The ideal candidate must have at least a Class 3 Driving License, be responsible for handling inventory, making deliveries, and driving customer vehicles when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory organization.
- Conduct stock checks and minimize discrepancies.
- Plan and execute delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries and transportation of stock.
- Safely drive customer vehicles when required, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse facilities, office and company vehicles.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Follow workplace safety and health regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least a Class 3 Driving License (Class 4 or 5 is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Ability to drive company and customer vehicles safely.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse duties and lifting goods when needed.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with working late night, if required
- Able to work on weekends and on a 6-days work week basis.
