With our global set-up of 14 offices worldwide, we offer field service, provide technical solutions for emergency repairs, large scale overhauls, load testing, inspections, component repairs, spare parts supply as well as supply of new cranes and upgrades to existing ones.
Our specialized Crane Service Engineers are professionals in their field and are available attend to crane problems throughout the world.
As a member of our spare parts sales department, and to support order processing, we are employing Parts Sales Coordinators as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist Parts Sales Manager and Parts Sales Executives in daily operation
Issuing purchase orders to suppliers locally and overseas
Manage local deliveries and arrange shipments globally,
Coordinate between customers, suppliers, our warehouse & forwarders and ensure smooth order execution.
Ensure cost efficiency in the delivery processes.
Prepare documents for Quotations, Orders & Shipment
REQUIREMENTS:
Singaporeans only
Previous Sales / Purchasing experience in the marine-, port or construction industry will be added advantage
Interested in learning hydraulic, mechanical & electrical parts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook
Able to adapt to and cope within a fast-paced environment
Independent, responsible & driven to close Customers orders
