Delivering iconic and award-winning projects, we are setting standards in innovative and industry-leading project management, construction and design services locally and globally.In this role as a Building Manager at Parkway Parade, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;Support the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenanceEnsure the smooth operation of the centre in the areas of preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company’s policiesStrong building operations and technical experience with risk management focus and driveUnderstanding Corporate’s requirements on all aspects i.e. EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets adhered to these requirements and policiesUnderstand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and ensure that the systems are operating within the design efficiencies and smoothly (Trouble shooting, attend to complaints and achieving targets)Responsible for managing all service contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centreResponsible in leading the Engineering department and create a strong and efficient operation team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centreEnsure the centre meets the required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities’ regulationsPrepare management reports, documents and trackingAssist in ad-hoc upgrading projectsFamiliar with local code of practise for various M&E trade and local authorities’ regulationFamiliar with submission procedures to various authoritiesPreferably familiar with technologies, opened minded and positive attitude on embracing technologiesFinancial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantageKnowledge of MCST is advantageousRequirements:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Maintenance/ Property Management/ Facilities Management or Building Operations related or equivalentMinimum 3 - 5 years experiences in retail mall management or relevant industryIT savvy and proficient in MS Office ApplicationsFamiliar with Green Mark Building RequirementACMV KnowledgeKnowledge with FSSD code will be an added advantageAble to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to meet tight deadlinesAble to work independently with minimal supervision, with a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders from all levelsStrong characteristics with positive attitude and initiativeExcellent communication and written skillsWillingness to work beyond office hours;No matter where your office is, you will be a part of a company that values you.
