- Educate and provide training to Distributors on GHNW products, underwriting and processes
- Consistently be proactive with key personnel to build, enhance, and maintain relationships
- Provide sales support to the VP, Global HNW Distribution
- Work with new distributors to diversify and expand GHNW sales reach into new markets (Latin America, Europe etc)
- Cross promote Manulife solutions through GHNW by identifying, implementing, and executing sales and marketing initiatives aimed to retain business within the Manulife enterprise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GHNW distribution teams as well as internal personnel who support the GHNW Life business
- Work closely with all internal departments (Product, Marketing, Underwriting, Legal, Case Management, Titles, Service, Compliance) to further drive sales and marketing initiatives while also observing ways GHNW can advance and improve operational processes and procedures
- Be a key, reliable and trusted resource as well as Manulife brand ambassador to all contracted Distributors including their sales support staff, sales consultants, and senior management.
