Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an appropriate level of inventory/materials.
- Conducting analysis of all food costs for production and units
- Ensuring all costs are identified and recorded accurately
- Stock reconciliations and co-ordination of stocktakes and cycle counts (if any)
- Educating the Culinary and Production teams on the management of costs.
- Understand Compass systems and software to ensure that costs are recorded accurately.
- Handle daily accounts, invoice entries & administrative duties.
- Assists with billing charges in compliance with approved quotes & invoices. Does coding and processing of invoices, data entry into accounting system, preparing billings, producing purchase orders for services,
- Compiles all Food and Beverage menu and inventory reports
- Assist in preparation of the relevant management report
- Process financial transactions including completion of billing procedures and process receipts
- Complete month end procedures
- Daily Ordering, HSE documentation and reports, Scheduling transport, helps to prepare Documents for internal, external and ISO Audit
- Must diligently support and maintain good working relationships with team and vendors.
- Assists with general administrative tasks as assigned including filing, answering phones, distribution of mail, written correspondence especially to tenants, ordering supplies, computer and data entry work, preparing spreadsheets and reports, greeting visitors and tenants, and logging and dispatching tenant service calls
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Follow Compass health, safety and security procedures
- Maintain safe personal presentation standards
- Consult on health and safety matters
- Report all incidents and hazards immediately
- Complete all required HSE training
- Adhere to the site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standards

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in relevant field, accounting, supply chain or relevant discipline.
- Min 4 years of experience in cost accounting (sales cost settlement, inventory asset management, etc.).
- Experience in the F&B industry/cost accounting would be beneficial.
- SAP system knowledge and strong in Microsoft office (Excel)
- Ability to effectively communicate with non-finance staff, including those in the warehouse and factory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
