Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the marketing efforts for the Singapore International Festival of the Arts (SIFA) and Arts House Limited’s (AHL) range of programmes:
Social Media
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
- Schedule and manage posts to ensure timely and consistent online presence.
- Support real-time social media engagement during festival events, including live updates and interactions with audiences.
- Provide onsite Marketing coverage during festival events, including photography, videography, and capturing attendee feedback through vox pops.
Onsite branding and Marketing Collaterals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing collaterals including festival merchandise and media kits.
- To assist in copywriting and proof reading of marketing collaterals
- Research and source merchandise options, collaborating with vendors to ensure quality and alignment with AHL’s brand.
- Assist with distribution and setup of marketing collateral and support logistical needs for promotional activities.
- Help organise and maintain festival marketing materials and ensure smooth execution of Marcomms plans.
Administrative and Other Duties
- Basic office administration including but not limited to filing, archival of collaterals and other administrative duties
- Assist in compiling post-festival reports
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure programmes / festivals success
- To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the AHL Management.
