Building Technician / Redhill
About the Role:
- Provide engineering support for M&E systems and building services, including repairs and servicing.
- Manage fire command systems such as BMS, Fire Alarm, and ACMV.
- Perform corrective maintenance on M&E systems and ensure proper completion of service reports.
- Monitor and record consumption spikes in BTU, water, and electrical usage.
- Enforce safety regulations, update shift records, and provide support to the engineering team.
About You:
- Nitec in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experiences or equivalent
