We are looking for Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting the company administrative work and ensuring smooth operations by supporting sales and managing admin functions.

Job Description & Scope:

· Customer Relationship Management – Communicating to customer’s needs in preparation of quotations, documents submission, invoices and SOA.

· Operation Coordination - Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing documentation like insurance, PE renew and movement. Handling and engaging suppliers and rectify their DO and invoices.

· Administrative duties – other ad hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ‘O’ level

· Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience

· Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact well with customers

Remuneration Details:

· Monthly salary $2,600 - $3,500 per mth

· 5-day work week (8.30am – 5.30pm) (40 hours work week)

· 28 days Leave (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days)

· 2x bonus per year: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jun) & Year-End-Bonus
