Job Description:
- Manage, oversee and execute production operations, processes and routines in accordance to the company's food safety policies and standards
- Monitor, control and improve product quality
- Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner
- Initiates and implements process improvements and maintain production SOPs.
- Plan and organize manpower including recruit, train and onboard new employees and production workers.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment
- Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food/Beverage is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' work experience in Food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
