  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring timely updates on hiring progress.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and manage necessary documentation for successful hires.
  • Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals and objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives to expand the candidate pool.
  • Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with commission and performance incentives.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, medical leave, and medical allowances.
