Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while acting as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring timely updates on hiring progress.
- Assist in onboarding processes and manage necessary documentation for successful hires.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals and objectives.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives to expand the candidate pool.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with commission and performance incentives.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
