Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the final approval of machine builds through the complete production cycle.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs and customer shipment requirements are met.
- Handle the balancing and optimization of production capacity.
- Monitor weekly (or daily in demand) Shipment/ MFG schedules and coordinate activities with Production/ Operation Engineering/ Purchasing/ Logistics/ customer Ops and Marketing as required.
- Oversee adequate MPS level to support manufacturing schedule.
- Follow-up shortages with buyers on ETA & escalate issue affecting build/ ship.
- Lead Production meeting, Material Shortage meeting, and present in Weekly MPS meeting
- Attend weekly ECO meeting. Coordinate implementation and monitor on the new changes on the BOM.
- Responsible for MUV and FG/WIP physical count
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Typically 3-5 years of working experiences in materials and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Office, Excel Macro and/or Oracle report writing a plus.
- Familiar with production flow and constraints.
- Familiar with scheduling mechanics and procedures.
- Independent, self-motivated, responsible.
- Able to multi-task and a good team player
