Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tax compliance for corporate and individual clients, including filings, returns, and liaising with IRAS.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients’ tax positions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough research on evolving tax laws, rulings, and guidelines in Singapore, advising clients on implications.
  • Review complex tax calculations, deferred tax provisions, and tax-related financial statements.
  • Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of tax management experience, preferably within a Singaporean accounting firm or multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST, personal income tax, and international tax treaties.
  • Proven track record in handling tax compliance, advisory, and dispute resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
