We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Tax Manager to join our team on a flexible, assignment-by-assignment basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated tax professional looking for project-based work, offering the freedom to manage multiple clients while leveraging expertise in Singaporean tax regulations. Compensation will be determined per assignment, based on scope and complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance for corporate and individual clients, including filings, returns, and liaising with IRAS.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients’ tax positions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough research on evolving tax laws, rulings, and guidelines in Singapore, advising clients on implications.
- Review complex tax calculations, deferred tax provisions, and tax-related financial statements.
- Represent clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of tax management experience, preferably within a Singaporean accounting firm or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST, personal income tax, and international tax treaties.
- Proven track record in handling tax compliance, advisory, and dispute resolution.

- Excellent verbal/written communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
