
Assistant Operation Manager
· Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
· Assist the manager to manage the operation team to maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and repair a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
· Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
· Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
· Perform routine maintenance and repair works for kitchen equipment.
· Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized.
· Coordinate with General Manager in different operational issues
· Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
· Generate operational reports for management as needed.
· Other ad hoc duties to be assigned.
