Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the preparation and closure of data in the Transport Management System (TMS) to facilitate transport route planning.
  • Create and manage jobs within the system to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Prepare job charge sheets and collaborate with the Finance team for accurate billing.
  • Maintain organized records of important documents, including depot-related receipts and driver reimbursements.
  • Support the Transport Manager in planning and scheduling daily routes to achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain and report on key transport KPIs.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs within the transport department.
  • Conduct investigations into delivery discrepancies, accidents, and customer complaints, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year of experience in related working experience.
  • Familiar with LTA and other local authorities’ rules and regulations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a self-driven individual and has ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office i.e. Excel and Power Point.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
