Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the campus wide slope monitoring and stabilisation programme including the Geotechnical Information Management system, annual recurrent budget planning, etc.
  • Manage geotechnical term consultant and term contractor to handle the technical design and physical rectification of soil erosion, slope failure, etc.
  • Manage Green Mark (GM) re-certification of selected existing buildings on campus, GM related sustainability initiative, campus wide solar PV programmes, annual recurrent budget planning, etc.
  • Manage external civil engineering infrastructure projects in relation to new capital projects including new covered walkway, new roads, new drains, etc.
  • Manage A&A and R&R projects including feasibility study, preliminary project costing, CPRS submission, design development to construction management.
  • Manage procurement of consultants and contractors for CAM-PM projects.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management.
  • Familiar with procurement of contractor via open tender with experience in tender preparation and evaluation.
