
SDR - Sales Development Representative (ERP Saas)
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
· Research and target key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
· Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects for ERP and cloud solutions.
2. Initial Client Engagement & Qualification
· Conduct introductory sales calls to understand potential clients' needs and challenges.
· Educate prospects on Kingdee's ERP and cloud offerings, aligning solutions with business goals.
· Use qualification frameworks to assess potential leads.
3. Sales Collaboration & CRM Management
· Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
· Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor insights.
Requirements
· 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or IT solutions).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior executives.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).
· Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Knowledge of ERP, cloud solutions, or enterprise software is an advantage.
