Scope:

  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g. End-users, Trainers, setting owner and operations teams)
  • Coordinate and implement the training as needed.
  • Identify and deploy training
  • nternal customer consulting (on learning formats, curricula, learning situations and
    settings) for new training initiatives
  • Assure that appropriate types of training are offered in Singapore in collaboration with HR partners and Managers.
  • Publish the training offers by portfolio based on target group ( Newsletter, Flyer, Training catalogue, etc
  • Support Singapore location for Global, Business Specific, and external trainings.
  • Assist in organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions, both virtual and in-person, that foster a learning environment.
  • Work with speakers/ trainers to support the creation of content for sharing sessions that align with company goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for local training inquiries and provide administrative support to trainers and participants.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to deliver the training for associates and manage internal processes to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain training records, schedules, and databases to ensure accurate tracking of training activities and participant progress.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communication, Management with at least 2 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable and with ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Proven experience in training coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
