Job Description:
- Maintain a full set of company accounts.
- Prepare monthly management reports and audit schedules.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Handle and verify petty cash claims and payments.
- Prepare GST returns for quarterly GST filing.
- Submit for Withholding Tax (monthly).
- Liaise with auditor, tax agents, corporate secretary and bankers.
- Monitor cash flow and propose placement of excess fund or withdrawal from Lion Global.
- Work with operations on billings. Provide advice where necessary.
- Ensure internal controls are in place.
- Provide HQ with information needed.
- Provide forecast and estimate as required by holding company.
- Prepare payroll and submit CPF submission.
- Provide basic HR support.
- Provide basic IT support.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Perform all other ad hoc assignments assigned by a superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI qualification.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & MYOB.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Availability: 1 Apr 2025
