Job Responsibilities: -
Sales Strategy Development:

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (distributors, retail partners, etc.).
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns quickly.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy.
- Use data and market insights to make informed decisions about product offerings and sales approaches.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build business connections.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Forecast product demand based on market trends and sales history.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, detailing performance against targets, market conditions, and opportunities.
- Identify and address any gaps between sales targets and actual performance.
Job Requirements:-
- Able to use MS Office, Excel, Word docs etc. applications
- Minimum education level: O'Level equivalent
- Past experience in Sales and Marketing
- Able to operate backend seller platforms e.g Lazada, Amazon
