Job Responsibilities: -

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue and growth in the beverage distribution market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and key customers (e.g., retailers, restaurants, wholesalers).
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and create action plans to achieve sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (distributors, retail partners, etc.).
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns quickly.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy.
  • Use data and market insights to make informed decisions about product offerings and sales approaches.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build business connections.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Forecast product demand based on market trends and sales history.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, detailing performance against targets, market conditions, and opportunities.
  • Identify and address any gaps between sales targets and actual performance.

Job Requirements:-

  • Able to use MS Office, Excel, Word docs etc. applications
  • Minimum education level: O'Level equivalent
  • Past experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Able to operate backend seller platforms e.g Lazada, Amazon
