  • User Support: Provide first-line support for HRIS-related inquiries from HR staff and employees, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and administration of HR Systems such as system configurations and updates, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, offering insights and recommendations on HRIS capabilities to improve HR processes and workflows.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights into HR metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, user guides, and training materials to support ongoing learning and system usage, and support the periodic updates of HR Intranet Policy Pages.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks by performing ad-hoc user access review activities.
  • Project Support: Assist in HRIS-related projects, including implementations, and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
