Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure civil and structural design and construction works comply with statutory regulations and engineering codes.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering, and procurement teams for project activities.
- Prepare and submit drawings, design calculations, reports, and other required documents for authority approvals.
- Develop tender specifications and documentation.
- Oversee job control, planning, monitoring, progress tracking, and cost reporting.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
