Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing
- Manage work passes for foreign employee including application, renewal and cancellation.
- Assisting in reviewing and implementation of performance appraisal exercise, HR policies and projects
- Administering and maintaining accurate employee records, leave records, insurance and medical claims
- Sourcing of relevant courses, registration of courses, liaising with training providers and training administration
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS, MOM and related market surveys, Childcare leaves, Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves and NS claims
- To prepare monthly payroll reports and ad-hoc reports
- Assisting with preparation of project monthly report submission
- Attend meetings with Project Managers for monthly progress updates and action trackers
- Handling purchases order
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience with Human Resource and Payroll background.
- Good communication and good interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadline, meticulous, independent and accurate
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
- 5 days alternate working week
