Job Description:


• Responsible for all HR functions including HR policies, recruitment, and orientation, performance

management, compensation and benefits, employee benefit programs, relations, and engagement

activities

• Creating HR policies, procedures, and systems that are aligned with the business goals of the company

• Ensure compliance with both HR regulations and employment laws

• Work closely with the Operations team and Marketing team

• Provide advice on HR-related matters to management

• Ensure that HR and payroll administration is accurate and reliable and that employee files are well

organized

• Responsible for the complete payroll process, accurate and timely payroll disbursements, as well as

government and tax submissions

• Administration MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance & other related matters

• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations

• Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
1. Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Possessed at least Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Management/Administration

4. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

5. F&B industry experience will be advantageous

6. Candidates with experience will be considered for the Managerial position
