EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

We are looking for an Educator who is responsive to the needs of young children. You are adept at creating a quality learning environment through the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and programmes through the observation and assessment of the children's needs and developmental milestones.

In addition, you will play a key role in carrying out the Centre's initiatives and support its collaborative efforts with the community.

Responsibilities:

- Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks

- Implement classroom management strategies

- Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance Centre’s programmes and services

- Implement outreach activities to promote Centre programmes and services

- Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance with standards and procedures

- Participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities

Requirements:

- Possess minimum ACEY / EY2

- Excellent communication skills to engage and communicate with children, parents and peers

Locations:

  • Pasir Ris

Working Hours:

- Rotating shifts

- 5.0 work week

- 42 working hours per week

- 1 hour lunch break

- Centre operates from 7am to 7pm

Salary:

$2600 & above (salary will be remunerated according to experience and education)
