Job Summary
Assist the Sales & Pre Sales team in sales administrative matters. Works with the Sales & Pre Sales Team to provide prompt admin support, customer service to maintain existing businesses and assist in new accounts penetration.
Job Scope
- Responsible in preparing quotations (renewals, new sales etc) and sales/tender proposals that meet customers’ requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams closely to generate businesses with customers.
- Contact customers by phone or email to answer sales queries.
- Work with Finance, Technical teams to facilitate and expedite company-wide workflow and processes
- Verify and process orders timely.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and directing to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer requests, job deployment and customer invoicing matters.
- Support the Sales & Pre-sales team with other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Admin role and/or in the same IT industry is preferred
- Attention to detail, meticulous and has a keen eye for numbers
- Fast learner and good business sense
- Takes initiative to provide strong support to the team
- Proficient in English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and is also a team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
