Role and Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk and remote support, follow-up and update of change request or fault status. Responding in timely manner to service issue and request.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, video conferencing and collaboration and AV equipment etc.
- Support end user computing, application and software.
- Assist on IT project development and implementation.
- Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation.
- Coordinate with system provider on repair and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation e.g.: to external 3rd party vendor for maintenance support etc.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance
- Having prior exposure to IT operational environments is advantageous.
- Provide support to Administrative, IT and Service departments
- Maintain office and Pantry supplies
- Answer telephone calls and attend to visitors
- Make travel and hotel reservations for all staff
- Process VISA applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline with relevant technical qualification.
- One to two years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge in telephony and cloud solutions is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and well-organized with a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff
