Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk and remote support, follow-up and update of change request or fault status. Responding in timely manner to service issue and request.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, video conferencing and collaboration and AV equipment etc.
  • Support end user computing, application and software.
  • Assist on IT project development and implementation.
  • Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation.
  • Coordinate with system provider on repair and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation e.g.: to external 3rd party vendor for maintenance support etc.
  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance
  • Having prior exposure to IT operational environments is advantageous.
  • Provide support to Administrative, IT and Service departments
  • Maintain office and Pantry supplies
  • Answer telephone calls and attend to visitors
  • Make travel and hotel reservations for all staff
  • Process VISA applications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline with relevant technical qualification.
  • One to two years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in telephony and cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and well-organized with a positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff
