Join the dynamic team at Beng Hock Mechanical Engineering Pte. Ltd' as a full-time Admin Executive/PA to COO. This exciting role is based in the Kranji North Region and offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- PA to Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Front desk administrative
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as front desk duties, call answering, emails, prepare reports, issue DO, SA, invoices etc and liaise with finance and operation team, prepare quotation, provide administrative support to the operation team
- Manage COO's calendar and schedule meetings, liaise with customers, prepare and follow up with RFQ etc
- Any other ad-hoc work assigned by Superior/Management
- 5 days' work week
- Able to work overtime as and when required
- Possess strong procurement and administrative skills, organized, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work
- Possess positive mindsets and motivation to work with people with culturally diverse backgrounds
- Must be well proficient in using MS Office software
- Applicant must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a fast-moving environment
