Your opportunity

The HR intern (Talent) will assist in supporting all the talent acquisition and talent development initiatives, and performance management processes.

How you will contribute

Talent Acquisition & Branding

  • Support talent acquisition programmes and employer branding initiatives to promote the Company being the great place to work.

  • Assist the use Talent Acquisition tools to drive recruitment analytics and reporting for improvements.



Talent Development

  • Assist to implement talent development initiatives such as development programmes, talent skills gap assessment and other talent projects etc.

  • Assist talent mobility initiatives within the Company.



Performance Management

  • Assist to implement performance review process which includes performance management cycle, goals setting, feedback for recognition and performance excellence, and learning programmes.

  • Assist to analyse key performance indicators of employees to assess talent effectiveness and identify areas of improvements.



Talent System, Data and Reporting

  • Assist to drive adoption of talent systems (e.g. Talent Match) to support global digitalization.

  • Assist to analyse data to identify trends and insights to better engage stakeholders on talent programmes.



Who you are?

  • Undergraduate in Arts/Humanities, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with can-do spirit.

  • Good communication skills with analytical mind.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
