- Site Management: Travel to project sites as needed, managing on-site activities efficiently. This may involve overnight stays and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Client Meetings & Technical Expertise: Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project requirements, offer technical expertise, and develop tailored solutions that align with their needs within the industrial gas sector.
- Sales Support & Business Development: Actively support the sales team by identifying potential business opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and helping to expand the client base in the industrial gas supply chain.
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is maintained in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. This includes adhering to safety, environmental, and quality control measures.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and business growth.
- Project Improvement & Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing technical insights and solutions that improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of gas carriers and industrial gas supply chain processes, with a willingness to deepen technical expertise and stay current on industry advancements.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
