Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write engaging captions tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ensure captions align with the organization’s brand voice and key messages.
- Incorporate relevant hashtags and call-to-actions to enhance engagement.
Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
- Design social media graphics, carousels, and infographics using Canva.
- Ensure visual consistency with the organization’s branding guidelines.
- Source and edit images to complement content.
Community Engagement & Insights
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate.
- Track post performance and provide insights on audience engagement.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and content trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in any related discipline
- Strong copywriting skills for writing concise, engaging, and impactful captions.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing social media graphics.
