- Distribution (Jan-Jun'25)
- Operational Excellence (Jul-Dec'25)
- Planning (Jan-Jun'26)
- Finance (Jul-Dec'26)
- Establishing of required work information template and reporting format.
- Extraction of requirements across APAC for the Regional Request for Proposal.
- Collate and Analyse As Is and To Be status for Projects.
- Engagement of Customers involved in project implementation.
- End to end process from initiation to post execution hyper care stage of projects.
- To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and align with the workplace safety and health and security policy.
- Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.
Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Supply Chain Management.
- Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management operations with preferably fresh graduate.
- Good Presentation, Business Acumen and Stakeholders management skills.
- Proficient in MS office, relevant Business Intelligence and ERP platforms Familiar with SAP, AX, BI tool, SFDC etc Big Data, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word Project etc.
- Good analytical, meticulous to details and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge in Lean methodology and AGILE preferred.
