The Supply Chain Manager serves as the team leader in Singapore, overseeing Purchasing, Logistics, and 3PL Management activity. This position focuses on coordinating logistics, including transportation and warehousing, fostering strong supplier relationships, and driving process improvements to align with and support the organization's operational and strategic objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up
• Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management role
• Preferred C.P.M and/or APICS CPIM certifications
• Ability to work outside standard APAC business hours to facilitate global communication
• Ability to travel, when necessary • Oversee daily purchasing activities, including order placement, tracking, and troubleshooting issues in the supply chain.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate performance, and ensure reliable supply chains.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing efficiency, cost savings, and performance.
• Oversee daily logistics activities, including inbound/outbound transportation and troubleshooting related issues.
• Ensure a high standard of service by global transportation and logistics providers.
• Manage daily 3PL warehouse activities including work prioritization and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Serve as an escalation point between internal partners and 3PL warehouse staff and business contacts.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with transportation and 3PL warehouse partners.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) for transportation and 3PL efficiency, cost savings and performance.
• Conduct supervisory responsibilities, one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, salary and staffing recommendations, etc.
