Assistant Manager, Account Management
About the role:
We are currently hiring for a 1-year contract position, with the potential for renewal and the possibility to convert to a permanent position.

Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary Range: $4,000 to $4,500 (Depending on experience)
(1) Certification Conversion and Operations
- Work with Marketing & Partnership Development (MPD) team to co-develop monthly campaigns to drive leads for retention (recertification and upgrades)
- Plan series of outreach to the certified community to drive effective awareness and build a steady stream of monthly applications for retention
- Plan and execute monthly physical clinics to nudge conversion and prepare customers for assessment
- Provide regular Conversion Report & assignments updates to Reporting Officer (RO) and HOD
- Conduct document review of applications and follow up on missing documents
- Work closely with other departments such as Assessment & Insights, Finance, MPD, CPD to ensure seamless execution of duties
- Assist customers in their enquiries and it it’s technical related issues, work closely with Digital Technology Operations (DTO) team and also ensure timely resolution
- Support RO in verification of candidates list from Assessment vendor for billing purposes, on a monthly basis. Ensure proper documentation is in place
- Support RO and the team in managing key accounts of strategic partners, such as IHLs, Civil Service College
(2) Engagement and progression of certified community
- Execute regular sessions with certified IHRP-CA and IHRP-CP to share on progression journey
- Collaborate with MPD team to ensure effective promotion of sharing sessions to ensure good sign-up rate
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources for successful event execution
- Constantly innovate and create new ideas to enhance value propositions to the certified community
(3) Others
- Support in managing the operations of IHRP-On-site and Remote assessments
- Assist Certification team in creation and submission of procurement related documents in Tenderboard for HOD approval
- Support RO in generating and preparation of reporting on regular basis and as required
- Support HOD in other duties and assignments when required
Job Requirements:
Experience in event management is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Team player with high level of integrity, dependability, and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating attention to detail, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Excel(vlookup, pivot table)
