Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity and inventory needs.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production priorities, equipment availability and supply chain disruption.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that raw materials, components, and finished products are available to meet production demands.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
- Ensure labour, equipment and materials are allocated efficiently to meet production targets.
- Identify and address any resource constraints that could impact production.
- Track production performance against schedules and targets.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from production plan.
- Minimum Diploma in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, scheduling and /or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess MS Office skills and proficient with SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
