Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity and inventory needs.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production priorities, equipment availability and supply chain disruption.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure that raw materials, components, and finished products are available to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
  • Ensure labour, equipment and materials are allocated efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Identify and address any resource constraints that could impact production.
  • Track production performance against schedules and targets.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from production plan.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, scheduling and /or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Possess MS Office skills and proficient with SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
