Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development

  • Support the creation and execution of learning strategies and initiatives designed to build skills and capabilities in alignment with company goals and policies.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify learning needs, analyze skill gaps, and design tailored learning plans for various employee groups.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s competency framework and the revision of learning and development policies to ensure they meet organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Ensure all learning initiatives comply with company standards and contribute to improving the overall employee experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by gathering feedback, conducting post-training assessments, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination and administration of learning programs, ensuring seamless planning and execution of training events.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and updates for employees at all levels, while creating and maintaining up-to-date training materials.

Talent and Development

  • Support the review of job responsibilities and participate in job evaluation processes.
  • Contribute to performance management initiatives, such as overseeing company KPIs and facilitating performance appraisal activities.
  • Aid in the execution of high-potential (HIPO) development initiatives and leadership programs.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
  • Possession of ACTA/ACLP certifications is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of government training grants and subsidies.
