Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales team on day-to-day operations, including process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order, delivery order and issue invoice.
Offer after sales support services to both new and existing customers on their inquiries and provide solutions to resolve them.
Work with key customers and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
Render support to the Sales Manager on reports and documents for tender submission to ensure projects run according to plan and timeline.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information.
Attend online/offline product trainings arranged by the vendors.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Diploma/Degree Graduates are welcome to apply.
Alternatively, candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department is an added advantage.
Candidate who is equipped with some experiences in computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
People oriented. Building good rapport and establishing relations with IT Business Partners.
Proficient in MS Office Skills.
