  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking care for infrastructure support such as servers, storages, VMWare, Firewall (Checkpoint), cisco Switches, wireless AP, VPN, etc.
  • Assist 1st level / 2nd level support on any technical related issues.
  • Administering and overseeing network infrastructure
  • Provide support for video conferencing (Microsoft Teams), and meeting equipment, projector, microphone, etc.
  • Provide knowledge transfer for the projects deployed to end-users.
  • Manage, support, train users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Support IP phone, printers, projectors, display TV, CCTV, and door access, with the assist from vendors.
  • Any other Technical related tasks as assigned.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge and experience in cyber security will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Network, routing protocol.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Druva etc
  • Good communication skills and fluent in common language.

Education/Qualification

  • Min Diploma in IT / Computer Science / relevant field or higher.
  • At least 5-years experience in a similar position is preferred
