  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Customer Care Officer !



Customer Care Officer

Location: Geylang Bahru Mrt

Duration: Asap – 1 year

Salary: Up to $2,600 + Enhanced Bonus

Job scope:

Address customer enquiries from digital platforms( both voice and non-voice) and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Revolve customer complaints related to high consumption, billing issues, account management (opening and termination), bill adjustments

Ensure that productivity and quality standards are consistently met

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimally 1 year experience in contact centres handling voice/non vioice channels

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
