Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management & Account Retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring strong rapport and long-term retention.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining proactive communication and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Effectively manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
Technical Support & Field Service
Conduct routine system assurance checks, including chemical testing, data logging, and inventory management.
Perform system analysis, interpret test data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment at assigned customer sites.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
Inventory & Equipment Management
Work closely with the manager and service supervisor to manage chemical, equipment, and parts inventory at warehouses and customer locations.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of chemical treatment systems and related equipment.
Support the rollout of new applications for both existing and new customer accounts.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain and submit accurate documentation and reports, including service call reports, CRM logs, planning schedules, and expense reports.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety, HAZMAT, and product stewardship protocols.
Provide 24-hour remote or on-site support as required.
