Working Hours: Retail hours; 5 days work week (Monday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
Train and supervise sales associates to ensure excellent customer service
Implement and maintain store merchandising and visual standards
Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with scheduling and managing staff to meet sales goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Contribute to the overall success of the store by driving sales and maximizing profitability

Requirements:

2+ years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
Flexible availability, including weekends and PH
