
Jr Key Account Manager Singapore
Roles & Responsibilities
The Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients. This role requires 3-4 years experience in FMCG industry and this role involves ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs.
1. Account Management:
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing key customers.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
· Ensure customers satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
2. Sales and Business Development:
· Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
· Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
· Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
· Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
· Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
· Plan monthly forecast and arrange monthly shipment with SCM.
5. A&P Management:
· Plan and allocate total year BTL budget to individual key customers.
· Keeping track of spending to ensure it is within budget.
Qualification:
· 3 - 4 years experience in key account (Guardian, Watson, etc)
· FMCG background
· Effectively communicate, interact and work collaboratively with peers, customers and regional colleagues.
· Experience in effectively managing projects and deadlines
· Successful track record of projects with Key Accounts
· Key account knowledge & skill
· Strong computer skills. Good in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
· Based in Singapore
