About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at Select Service Partner Singapore Pte Ltd as an HR Executive. In this full-time role based in Geylang, Central Region, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and offboarding
Administering and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee records
Handle work & airport pass application, renewal, cancellation, record tracking etc
Assisting with the design and delivery of employee engagement and development initiatives
Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of topics
Collaborating with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR processes and systems
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within F&B industries
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HR information systems (Timesoft & Successfactors)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-focused solutions
Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Candidates with experienced will be considered for the Senior role
