Technical Sales Manager and Operations Manager
2 Positions as below:
1) Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
· Lead a sales team focused on selling complex technical springs and maintain or exceed monthly sales
· Identify new market segments and potential customers
· Achieve key metrics (customer visits, prospect visits)
· Provide technical support to customers at all levels
· Maintain good rapport between customers and internal team at all times
· Ensure customer’s requirements are fully defined and understood by internal team
· Ensure customer’s satisfaction/company’s image/reputation is upheld at all times
· Participate actively in management matters and decisions and assist management in all sales related matters
· Assist in the formulation of corporate strategies. Improving and analyzing the tools/directions/strategies set are effective
· Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Follow-up in a timely manner to voicemail and email requests from management, peers and other internal and external customers
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of field sales experience with a focus on technical sales
· Experience in the medical device or related industry will be an asset.
· Strong technical knowledge
· Knowledge of sales process and methods
· Excellent customer relations skills
· Ability to make decisions
· Leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Proficient in MS Office
· Willingly to travel
2) Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
· In-charge of Production/Engineering/Quality/Materials (Raw Material and Finished Goods) Departments
· Oversee and lead the teams in daily activities to drive sustainable, continuous improvements in quality, productivity, safety and ensure on-time delivery
· Provide leadership, guidance and direction to the department supervisors across functional area
· Develop and implement operational strategies, set performance metrics and monitor progress to optimize efficiency across departments
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining quality and service standards
· Lead negotiations with key suppliers and vendors
· Ensure the business goals, customer requirements and maintenance plans are achieved
· Work closely with sales department to develop new sales opportunities
· Facilitate communications with internal and external customers to ensure services and products are fulfilled
· Identify areas for technology and machinery improvements
· Identify and resolve operational challenges, troubleshoot issues with implementing corrective actions
· Able to manage multiple priorities, plan effectively and meet all deadlines
· Enforce safety/ethics/labor protocols to create a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with head office and local rules and regulations
· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO standards
· Any other ad-hoc tasks assignment by the management
