How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Working Location : Orchard

  • Working hours : 730am~430pm /830am -530pm / 830am - 1230pm (half sat)

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Care Management

  • Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
  • Handle patient enquires via phone/emails/ whatsapp
  • Assist doctor during consultation and clinic procedures
  • Handle ordering of radiology exams, blood tests and other orders for patients, and also tracing of such reports for follow up consultations
  • Provide clear instructions on the aforementioned exams
  • Handle booking of operation theatres, wards, anaesthetist, frozen sections and others for a surgery
  • Provide financial Counselling to patients who need to go for surgeries and provides, by giving estimates total fees
  • Liaising with insurance companies to raise pre-authorizations and letters of guarantee
  • Maintain effective communication with patients who are undergoing treatment and providing them with advice

Administrative Management

  • Registering and billing of patients visits
  • Submit claims for outpatient visits on TPA portals
  • Maintain clinic inventory and equipment, including coordinating with external vendors for purchasing and maintenance of equipment and services

Job Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • BCLS & AED Certified will be advantageous.
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Prior experience in operating theater experience
